Corporate AI Training for Australian Teams

Most Australian businesses are using AI in an uncoordinated way. One person uses Claude, another tries ChatGPT, someone else experiments with Copilot. None of it talks to each other, none of it knows your business, and none of it adds up to anything.

Mia Bowyer's corporate AI training fixes that. In a practical, two-day, in-person program, your team builds one governed AI operating system around your real workflows, documents and roles. Every person leaves with a working system they have already used on real work. It works from the first day.

The difference

Your team won't be building robots

You'll be building a better way to work. People stay at the centre, and they get back time for the work only they can do.

Most corporate AI training teaches theory. Staff sit through slides about what AI could do, then go back to work and change nothing. Mia doesn't lecture. She builds alongside your team, using your own files, until every person has a system that works.

From planning to rollout

How corporate AI training works: the process

01

1. Planning session

A 30-minute call to understand your business, your team and where the time is going. We talk through the workflows that slow you down: manual reporting, timesheets, contracts, compliance, inboxes.

02

2. Challenge mapping

Mia groups what she hears into clear challenge areas, such as manual reporting, timesheets and payroll, inventory tracking, compliance, safety KPIs, long contracts, quoting, inbox overload and design work. These areas shape your curriculum.

03

3. Custom curriculum built on your files

Mia builds a curriculum specific to your business, along with a technical set-up plan with your IT team covering accounts, connectors and security. Sessions use your own documents wherever possible.

04

4. Two-day in-person training

Delivered at your office, as two full days or two half-days. A gap between sessions is intentional: real experience on real tasks is worth more than another hour in a training room.

05

5. Post-training support

30 days of email support and a follow-up call while new habits form.

06

6. 30-day check-in and next phase

A check-in to measure what's working, plus recommendations for your next phase, such as rolling the system out from leadership to every department.

Typical timeline: planning in week 1, curriculum built in weeks 2–4, training in weeks 4–6, support in weeks 6–10, and the 30-day check-in around week 10.

The system

The AI operating system: 5 layers your team builds

The reason most AI experiments don't stick is that people start in the wrong place. They pick up a tool, use it for one task, get a mediocre result because the tool knows nothing about their business, and quietly stop. Mia's training builds the system in the right order.

LayerWhat it doesBuilt on
1. ContextThe AI learns your business: your voice, clients, compliance environment and each person's roleDay 1
2. DataYour documents, SOPs, rate cards and compliance files become the AI's knowledge baseDay 1
3. IntelligenceThe AI produces real work: proposals, reports, communications, summariesDay 1
4. AutomateRecurring tasks run on a schedule without anyone starting from scratchDay 2
5. BuildEverything connects into one operating system each person uses every dayDay 2

The result isn't ten separate tools. It's one organisational brain with many access points. When one person documents an SOP or builds a template, everyone can use it. New staff join a system that already knows how your business works.

What happens on each day

Day one

Day 1: Foundations and everyday wins

  • AI foundations and safe use: how Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot works, what it's good at and what it isn't
  • Security and privacy: what's safe to include, how to handle client-confidential and financial information, and a written AI usage policy agreed by the team
  • Context layer, built live: each person creates their own system prompt covering their role, your clients, your voice and what good output looks like
  • Central knowledge hub: your policies, procedures and rate sheets connected so the AI works from your knowledge, not the internet's
  • Email and communications: inbox sorting, summarising long documents and contracts, drafting replies faster
  • Outcome: everyone goes from "afraid to break it" to "this is a tool"

Day two

Day 2: Building your systems

  • Spreadsheets and data: cleaning, checking and analysing large spreadsheets and exports, such as inventory or timesheet data
  • Automated reporting: repeatable templates for board reports, weekly summaries and monthly reports
  • Automation: the 3–5 tasks each person repeats every week, built into scheduled workflows
  • Role-specific systems: contract review, invoice tracking, compliance checking and more, built per person
  • Bonus: design and social: presentations, flyers, explainers and social posts in minutes
  • Your 30-day roadmap: the highest-value workflows for your business, mapped for each person
  • Outcome: each person leaves with a working system for their role and results they can see immediately

Examples of what teams build

Each person gets a set of up to ten role-specific AI workflows. Some examples by role:

Leadership and directors

  • —A consolidated weekly executive summary built from every manager's update
  • —Voice-to-system capture: speak decisions while driving between sites and get back action items and emails
  • —One-page client briefings before major meetings

Operations

  • —Driver and crew briefings generated from a standard template
  • —Incident reports that meet your documentation requirements
  • —End-of-day operations summaries that run automatically

Finance

  • —Monthly financial reports with variance commentary
  • —Debtor follow-up emails at each stage of collection
  • —Payroll checks that catch data-entry errors before they cost money

Compliance and safety

  • —Long contracts summarised down to the clauses that matter
  • —Compliance checklists that fill themselves in
  • —Renewal and inspection calendars with automated reminders

HR and people

  • —Employment contract drafts from your standard template
  • —Position descriptions and onboarding programs for every role
  • —Policy drafting and staff communications

Admin and EA

  • —Daily inbox triage with draft responses
  • —Board and leadership meeting packs
  • —Action item registers sent to every owner after each meeting

What your organisation gets

  • A custom training curriculum built for your business
  • In-person facilitation and training materials
  • A written, agreed AI usage policy
  • A personal AI system for every participant, connected to your real documents
  • A shared knowledge base that grows every time someone adds to it
  • At least five core SOPs, built and loaded
  • 3–5 automated workflows per person
  • A prompt library, SOP frameworks and templates, which remain your property
  • A written 30-day action plan for every role
  • 30 days of post-training support and a 30-day check-in

What doesn't change

AI training should make your business more efficient without changing what makes it good. Your client relationships, service standards, safety record, brand voice and the people your clients deal with all stay exactly as they are. AI handles the admin so your people can spend more time on them.

Who it's for

  • Leadership teams who need to lead AI adoption, not just approve it (AI training for leaders)
  • Operations, finance, HR, compliance and admin teams buried in manual reporting and data entry
  • Marketing and sales teams who want hours back every week (AI training for marketing teams)
  • Organisations with scattered AI use that want one safe, governed system
  • Teams of any technical level. No experience required.

Programs are tailored to any industry, including logistics and transport, construction, mining services, labour hire, professional services, agencies and tech.

Tools we train on

Claude · ChatGPT · Microsoft Copilot · Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar) · Microsoft 365 · Notion · Xero · Wispr Flow · the Claude Chrome extension

The program is built around the tools your organisation already uses or has approved.

Answers before we begin

Frequently asked questions

What is corporate AI training?

Corporate AI training teaches your staff to use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot in their real work. Mia's program is hands-on: every person builds a working AI system around their role and your business documents, rather than learning theory.

How long is the training?

The core program is two days, delivered in person as two full days or two half-days with a gap to practise in between. It's supported by a planning session beforehand and 30 days of support afterwards.

Do staff need technical experience?

No. The program is designed for people who have never considered themselves technical. The learning curve is a conversation, not a software course.

Will the training use our own documents?

Yes. A planning session confirms which workflows to focus on, and sessions use your own files, spreadsheets and processes wherever possible.

How do you handle data privacy and security?

Security comes first. Before any company data goes into an AI tool, your team learns what's safe to include and how to handle confidential and financial information, and agrees a written AI usage policy. Business information shared during training stays confidential.

Which AI tool should our business use?

Mia helps you choose during planning. Many businesses choose one governed tool, often Claude or Microsoft Copilot, so the whole team builds on one system instead of scattered experiments.

What happens after the training?

You get 30 days of email support, a follow-up call, a 30-day check-in and recommendations for your next phase. Every participant has a written 30-day action plan.

Who owns the training materials?

You do. Custom materials, prompt libraries, SOP frameworks and templates remain your property after the program.

How many people can attend?

Programs are tailored to your team, from small leadership groups of 5–8 to larger cohorts. Larger organisations often train leadership first, then roll out to each department.

How much does corporate AI training cost?

Every program is customised to your team size, workflows and location. Book a planning session and Mia will send a tailored proposal.
