Day 1: Foundations and first build. Safe use and an AI usage policy. Each person's context layer. Your documents connected into a shared knowledge base. First real work produced.
Day 2: Systems, automation and rollout. Role-specific systems, 3–5 automated workflows per person, and a 30-day action plan.
